Egyptian actress Nahed Al Sebaei revealed that she has not participated in drama works during the current Ramadan, as she was preoccupied in filming her role in the fourth part of her TV drama show “Heba Rejle Al Ghorab”. She revealed that she received a large number of offers to participate in the dramatic works currently presented in Ramadan, while they were not suitable for her.
Egyptian actress Nahed Al Sebaei expressed her pleasure for participating in the fourth part of the TV drama show "Heba Regl Al Ghorab", saying that the experience is considered a new adventure on her career.
She added, in a statement to "Arabs Today", that the positive reactions to her role, since the first episode, surprised her, saying that she has not expected such early reactions.
She added that the series' fourth part is considered a turning point in her career, as the third part of the series faced increasing criticism blaming its presentation during Ramadan in which a large number of shows are presented at the same time.
Egyptian actress Nahed Al Sebaei described her participation in the new part of TV drama show “Heba Regl Al Ghorab” as a big challenge, saying that she gained the award of Cairo Cinema Festival for the best actress for her role in the last part of the same series.
She added that she faced increasing criticism for her performance in the series, saying that the increasing criticism pushed her to do her best. She praised the role of her mother to support her for resuming the series during its forth part that led to a turning point in the reactions of fans.
She revealed that she will take the leading character during the new part replacing Egyptian actress Emmie Samir Ghanem, saying that she fears comparisons not only with Emmie but also with the leading characters of the American and Mexican series.
She follows Arabic and international cinema and she likes to watch Johnny Depp, Alapachino, and Robin Williams, adding that, despite the diversity of dramas, the Arab drama will always be on the top regarding the quality and various themes. In the end, she wishes a lasting stability in the Arab World, and that good will prevail.
She explained that she wakes up early, saying that runs a running sport, then follows the news and reads the newspapers, then reviews her artwork, showing that she loves to travel from time to time to watch the world fashion.
