Damascus - Arabstoday

Syrian actress Kinda Alloush . One of the officials at the production company ‘Golden Line’ in Syria has confirmed that Syrian actress Kinda Alloush will no longer be playing the leading role in the second part of the Syrian drama

“Ad Dabbour”, which director Tamer Ishaq is on the verge of completing.

Kinda’s elimination is due to the fact that she had signed a petition against the Syrian government and army and showing her support to revolutionist who are hoping to overthrow both.
The decision was made despite the fact that Kinda had already filmed most of her scenes in the drama.
The company announced that any artist who shows disloyalty to the Syrian leadership and military will be eliminated from works it produces.
Kinda is among 160 Syrian artists who signed a petition stating that the entrance of the Syrian army into the city of Dar’a is to create a blockade to stop protesters demanding to overthrow the government.
Kinda is accused by the Syrian media and production companies of being pressured by Egyptian companies warning her that if she shows support to the Syrian government she will not be able to ever take part in any Egyptian film or drama.
