Four Iraqi soldiers were killed Sunday in a bomb attack in west of Baghdad, a local police source told Xinhua. The attack took place in the morning when a roadside bomb went off near an Iraqi army patrol in central Abu Ghraib area, some 20 km west of Baghdad, the source said on condition of anonymity. Iraqi security forces carried out a search operation in the area and arrested dozens of suspects for interrogation, the source said. Insurgent attacks continue in the once volatile Sunni Arab area in west of Baghdad that stretches through Anbar province to Iraq's western borders with Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
