Five Grad rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip at the settlement of Ntifout on Wednesday evening, Israeli news reported. The report said the rockets were fired at 10pm local time. Three were intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome missile defence system, while two exploded in an uninhabited area. No casualties were reported. The broadcast quoted one of the settlement's residents saying: "People resorted to the shelters as warning sirens roared. We are suffering, as we can't sense security or calm." This incident comes only 48 hours after the announcement of a new ceasefire with Egyptian mediation between resistance factions in Gaza and the Israeli occupation.
