Chairman of the Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) Mustafa Abdul Jalil and his accompanying delegation arrived here on Tuesday for a visit to Egypt his first visit to the country since the overthrow of Moammar El-Gaddafi''s regime. During the visit, Mustafa Abdul Jalil will have talks with the senior Egyptian officials on the latest arab developments with emphasis on the situation in Libya in the aftermath of the killing of Gaddafi and means of enhancing ties of joint cooperation in several fields and how best to benefit from the Egyptian expertise and know-how in the reconstruction of Libya.
