The site was down for some time and now appears to be back online. Earlier the information came from the official OWS Twitter account, where Anonymous’ involvement in the attack was questioned. The report cannot be verified at this time. Previously, US Central Intelligence Agency site has been taken down by Anonymous hacktivist group in February. The attack was directed against US law enforcement agencies and copyright holders. US President Barack Obama called for rigorous investigation into alleged misconduct by eleven Secret Service members responsible for his security during the Americas summit in Colombia. Speaking at a news conferences at the end of the summit, Obama said he would be angry if the allegations turned out to be true.
