The Egyptian Political Parties Affairs Committee approved the establishment of the Constitution Part (Dostour Party) recognising its legal entity. Headed by Judge Ahmed Abdel Rahman - the First Deputy Chairman of the Court of Cassation and Head of the Committee – documented the right to pursue political activities, starting Monday. Mohamed Elbaradei, Former Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, had announced his intention to establish this liberal party in preparation for the next parliamentary elections. Secretary General of the Political Parties Affairs Committee and Vice President of the Court of Cassation, Mohamed Eid Mahgoub, said: “The Committee accepted the notification presented by the deputy of the party’s founders Mohamed Elbaradei, Ahmed Mohamed Ali Elbalasy, Ahmed Abdel Aziz Darag, and Sayed Kasim Elmasry Elsaady in quality of prominent co-founders of the party.”
