At least one person was injured when a landslide buried two buildings in northwest China's Gansu Province, said local government on Sunday.
The landslide occurred at 7:30 a.m. Sunday, destroying two residential houses in Wudu District, Longnan City, said the district government.
Rescuers have pulled a woman from the debris and sent her to hospital.
Authorities confirmed no one was living in one of the buildings. The exact number of people in the other building, which was rented, is still unclear.
A rescue operation is underway.
