Libya's interim leader Mustafa Abdel Jalil is to declare by Friday that the country has been liberated and give details on Moamer Kadhafi's killing, interim premier Mahmud Jibril told reporters. "Abdel Jalil will come out today or at the latest tomorrow to declare the liberation of the country and to give details about the killing of Kadhafi," said the number two in the National Transitional Council. "With the confirmation that all the evil people, including Kadhafi, have vanished from this beloved country ... it is time for Libyans to start a new country, a united Libya, one people with one future."
