Egyptian security forces broke into the headquarters of Al Jazeera in Cairo, for the second time in less than a month. The channel Editor in Chief, Abdel Moneim Mahmoud told “Arabs today," that they were surprised by the forces who raided their office , and attacked the employees. He also said that the headquarters does not have a transmitter, after the police confiscated it when they raided the old headquarters. He confirmed that the new headquarters is only a studio for recording and it has computers to broadcast the content over the Internet, which doesn’t violate the law. The Egyptian security forces raided the Al-Jazeera office in Egypt under the pretext of not having a license to broadcast from Cairo, three weeks ago.
