The same source said: "The head of Pilots Association lieutenant General Nabil Farid Shokry, has admitted facilitating to both sons of Mubarak by taking 40,000 meter square in Ismailia Mora lacks, with the cooperation of General Shafik.” In the same context, the investigating judge, The Chancellor Osama Al-Saidi, continues to investigate on Pilots lands. The member from the board of directors in the Cooperative Association for Housing Pilots Officers was released after paying 20 thousand EGP bail, after he said in investigations that he was a member in the committee responsible for allocating lands in Kabrit area. This was headed by the association chairman Nabil Farid Shokry. He added that some letters have been issued and determining prices for land in this area in 1990-1991 through individual approvals taken by General Shokry and Shafik as both of them signed the documents. He added in the investigation that: "General Shafik was individually signing the final contract for selling land to Alaa and Gamal Mubarak, including areas exceeding the determined area in the allocating letter".
