The leader of the Free Patriotic Union (FPU), Slim Riahi, received threats of liquidation in his office. The President of FPU considered that the lifting of security protection threatened his life. The party has issued a statement, on Thursday, revealing the details of these threats to public opinion.
Tunisian Ministry of Interior revealed that the ministry has not received a notice or complaint about this threat, adding that the security forces seek to protect every citizen of Tunisia. It is noteworthy that Slim Riahi is the head of the most prestigious sports team in a Tunisia, Club Africain.
