Members of Syrian – Pakistani Parliamentary Friendship Society at the People Assembly discussed on Monday with Pakistani Ambassador to Syria Rashed Kamal means of bolstering parliamentary relations between Syria and Pakistan.
Chairman of the society , MP. Fadel Wardeh affirmed the importance of exchanging expertise and strengthening cooperation between the two parliaments of the two countries , stressing the need for concerted efforts in the fight against terrorism.
For his part, the Pakistani Ambassador pointed out to the deep relations bindings the two countries , expressing his country’s desire to activate cooperation with Syria in combating terrorism and upgrading the economic, trade and culture relations.
