Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki will demand the setting up of an international constitutional court at the United Nations general assembly at the end of the month. The Tunisian president said: “This court will be a refuge for local and international human rights organisations and opposition parties when governments violate human rights, especially during so-called elections organised by dictatorships.” “This court will strike tyranny and fight fake legitimacy of a system based on the falsification, suppression and corruption.” On Monday, Marzouki praised Prince of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani’s decision, who called for the expulsion of the son-in-law of the overthrown Tunisian president Sakher Materi. The Prince said in a statement: "Qatar responds to the demand of the Tunisian people, who have suffered a lot from the robbing of their money by the dictators." Marzouki said that the Tunisian people hope that " Saudis follows the Qatari pattern, and hand them over the " dictator "and the " head of strife,”  in reference to the overthrown President Ben Ali. In an interview with French newspaper Le Figaro, Marzouki said that his country does not rush in "excessive Islamisation". He said: "I love France, but I am saddened and shocked by the image of Tunisia as a country that rushes toward political Islam, on the edge of becoming Salafist."
