Tunisian prosecutors in Manouba, ordered to keep the three extremist elements in prison after pulling an imam of a mosque from podium and threatened that they will attack him in the street if he does not give up the Imamate in this mosque.
According to the investigation, the three elements began some time ago to harass the Imam of the mosque, claiming he was incompetent to lead the prayers, and his sermons are not in harmony with their intellectual orientation.
The units of the National Guard in Tebourba managed to arrest the three elements shortly after this incident.
In the fight against terrorism context, the National Guard managed to arrest two extremist elements in al-Tadamon neighborhood, after receiving information about their relation with terrorist leaders in Syria and Libya.
The suspects face charges of joining a terrorist organization and inciting riots against the state.
