Three persons were killed in an indiscriminate firing by armed persons on the car on way to Tehsil Alizai through an alternative road due to the closure of Tal Parachanar Road, Pakistan''s Geo TV reported. Sunday early morning this unfortunate incident occurred on Dur Khan Road, when some armed persons ambushed a car heading from Parachanar to Alizai by opening a barrage of indiscriminate fires, resulting in on the spot death of three persons on board the car. The deceased persons are said to be from Toori tribe, whose bodies were shifted to Parachanar. It may be recalled that Tal Parachanar Road has been closed since the last four years due to militants'' terror activities. Also militants attacked a checkpost jointly manned by the Peace Lashkar and Khasadar force killing five Razakars, while ten militants were also killed in the counter-offensive. Sources privy to Khasadar force told that the militants last night attacked the checkpost jointly run by the Khasadar force and the Peace Committee at Aka Khel of Tehsil Bara, killing one Khasadar personnel and four Razakars, while ten militants were killed in the retaliation that followed. The militants'' other accomplices fled away, while the forces cordoning off the areas have launched a vigorous search operation.
