Cairo - Qna

The trial of Egypt''s Ex-President Hosni Mubarak has resumed in the capital, Cairo. Mubarak, 83, faces the death penalty if found guilty of ordering the killing of protesters in this year''s uprising. He is also accused of corruption. The former leader - who was again wheeled into the courtroom on a hospital bed - denies all the charges. Mubarak is being tried with his sons Alaa and Gamal, who are accused of corruption and also deny the charges. Mubarak was forced from office by mass demonstrations in February. Earlier today at least one was injured after clashes erupted between supporters and opponents of Egypt''s ex- president Hosni Mubarak. The crowds at the Police Academy threw stones and bottles at each other, witnessed said. One person was injured in the head and treated at the scene. Police were trying to separate the crowds. An ambulance arrived at the scene. The second session of the trial of Mubarak and his two sons were expected to start on Monday.
