Type the text hereThe 19th meeting of GCC Information Ministers started today under the chairmanship of Shaikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works, Chairman of National Media Council (NMC) at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. In his speech during the meeting, Shaikh Hamdan welcomed the GCC Information Ministers, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary- General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and heads and members of the participating delegations pointing out that the meeting's agenda includes many important issues concerning to GCC countries and people. The meeting was attended by Information Affairs Authority (IAA) of Bahrain President Sheikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Saudi Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohiuddin Khoja, Omani Information Minister Hamad bin Mohammed Al Rashidi, Mubarak bin Jaham Al Kuwari, Executive President of Qatar Media Corporation and Salem Mutheeb Ahmad Al-Uthayna, Kuwaiti Minister of Electricity and Water and acting Minister of Information, Dr. Abdullah Saeed Abu Ras, Director General of Gulf Radio and TV, and Abdel-Mohsen Al Bannai, CEO of the joint production program for GCC-JPPI .
