Germany signed a pledge Thursday to give medical treatment to 150 Libyans wounded in the fighting to topple Moamer Gaddafi''s regime, with the first patients set to be flown out next Tuesday. German Economics Minister Philipp Roesler signed the arrangement while on a two-day visit to Tripoli, the first by a German minister since Gaddafi was ousted. Libyan officials say about 2,000 people need treatment for serious war injuries. A German Air Force plane will pick up the first group of patients to fly them to German hospitals, according to German Press Agency (dpa).
