His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister emphasized the existence of numerous areas which support bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of India as he received the Indian ambassador to the Kingdom pointing out that there are ample opportunities for investment cooperation since both countries possess encouraging assets and wider scopes for investments.His Royal Highness welcomed overseas investments from all countries including the Republic of India. His Royal Highness the Prime Minister received today the Republic of India’s ambassador in the Kingdom of Bahrain Mr. Mohan Kumar and reviewed with him the progress of bilateral relations and the means to boost them to serve mutual interests for both friendly countries, praising at the same time the historic relations between the two countries and emphasized the government’s keenness on furthering cooperation with the friendly Republic of India which is considered a significant regional and international economic power and expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s appreciation for the effective role played by the Indian community in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s development.On the other hand, the Indian ambassador reiterated his country’s admiration for the Kingdom of Bahrain’s increasingly growing development and expressed pleasure towards the atmospheres of amity and peaceful co-existence which the government has always been keen to consecrate citing the Indian community’s welfare. The Indian ambassador communicated to His Highness the Prime Minister appreciation and gratitude from the Indian Republic’s leadership for the safe and secure atmospheres which the Kingdom of Bahrain’s government has always been keen to provide to resident expatriate communities.
