Iftaa House lauds Sisi speech at Riyadh summit

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's speech at the Islamic-American summit in Riyadh offered an integrated strategy to obliterate terrorism, the observatory of tafkiri fatwas said Monday.
This should be done through intensified international efforts to stop funds to all terrorist organizations, Sisi had said.
He had told the summit that drying up funds will prevent those organizations from recruiting new elements.
The observatory, which is affiliated to the Iftaa House, said Sisi's speech offered a comprehensive strategy to counter terrorism through military operations, drying up funds and arms supplies and countering extremist ideologies.
Sisi had also called for a just solution to the Palestinian problem as part of the strategy to fight terrorism.
All efforts to eliminate terrorism cannot possibly succeed without a just, comprehensive and final settlement to the Palestinian problem based on the two-state solution and international legitimacy references, Sisi had said.
