Iran designing new missile system similar to S-300

Commander of the Iranian Khatam-ol-Anbiya military base Farzad Ismaili has said that the military base in cooperation with the Iranian Defense Ministry is designing a missile system similar to the Russian S-300. The system called "Bavar-373" is an upgraded version of the Russian system which will use two or three different missiles, Ismaili told Iranian (Fars) news agency. Russia signed a contract in 2007 to sell the S-300 missile system to Iran, but it has not delivered the missiles so far.
