Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said Monday that he telephoned Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Arabi and discussed with him developments in the Islamic world and in the region.According to Iran news agency, Salehi mentioned during his conversations with Al-Araby the "attempts by enemies to target the unity in the Islamic world," calling for increasing the keenness and "to become alert on the dangers of conspiracy." The call by Salehi comes after the US accused Iran of allegedly being behind the failed attempt to kill Saudi Arabia Ambassador to the US Adel Al-Jubair.The announcement also comes after the Arab League announced last night on giving Syria two weeks to end the bloodshed and violence in the country.
