The Israeli soldiers responded to this with firing gas and concusion bombs at the Palestinians.Joseph's Tomb, known to the Arabs as Qabr Yoused, is a funerary monument on the outskirts of the West Bank city of Nablus and has been venerated throughout the ages by Jews, Samaritans, Christians, and Muslims alike.Throughout the ages, different groups fought to gain control over the site, and the most recent disputes are those between the Jew settelrs and extremists and the Muslims since the signing of the Oslo Accords, which put it under the authority of the Palestinian Authority.
