Jordan has condemned the crimes against Rohingya Muslims minority in Rakhine state in Myanmar, which led to the killing and the fleeing of thousands of innocent people in the southeast Asian country.
Jordanian State Minister for Media Affairs and Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani, on Tuesday, said that such crimes against Rohingya, mirrors brutality and terrorism aimed at killing the human soul for no reason.
Momani added that Myanmar's government should shoulder its responsibilities for such heinous crimes, calling the international community to safeguard freedom of religion and belief and the rights of religious minorities, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
