The Representative of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, arrived in New York on Saturday to head the Kuwaiti delegation at the 66th session of the United Nations General Assembly. HH the Prime Minister's delegation was received, upon the plane touch-down at JFK International Airport, by the Director of His Highness' Bureau, Ahmad Fahad Al-Fahad, President of Amiri Protocols Sheikh Khaled Al-Abdullah Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti Ambassador to the US Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti Permanent Delegate at the US Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi and members of the permanent mission. His Highness is due to address the UN General Assembly about Kuwait's stance toward various international and regional issues. The senior Kuwaiti delegation also includes the Advisor of His Highness' Bureau Abdul Rahman Al-Atigi, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Minister of Health. Dr. Hilal Al-Sayer and the Advisor of the Amiri Diwan, Mohammad Abul-Hassan. Kuwait is keen on taking part in the UN activities and events. It also supports aid agencies of the international organizations to relief nations in times of catastrophes and crises.
