Kuwaiti Amir receives letter from UNHCR

Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah today received a letter from the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Antonio Gutierrez on the deplorable conditions prevailing in the Horn of Africa region, especially in Somalia. The letter was handed over to the Deputy Minister of the Amiri Diwan’s Affairs Shaikh Ali Al Jarrah by Dirctor of the UNHCR’s Middle East and North African Office Yaqoob Al Helou.
