Lebanon is keen on having "strong and firm" ties with all friend-states, including the United States and the European Union. Speaking to the Voice of Lebanon radio station on Friday, Foreign Affairs Minister Adnan Mansour said "Lebanon’s policy is clear and confirms its commitment to international treaties and agreements. " He also said that Lebanon will not take part in "the policies of axes," adding that "accusing the government is formed of different figures and parties. The new Lebanese cabinet was formed on Monday after almost five months of deliberations between the March 8 parties, while the March 14 coalition did not take part in it.
