National Guard Commander Lieutenant General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa said the National Guard mission of pilgrims aims to reflect the exemplary image of the National Guard for its affiliates in terms of religious guidance. He called to ensure the annual continuity and development of the mission by providing all assistance for the National Guard personnel wishing to perform pilgrimage.
The National Guard Commander was speaking as he received the annual Hajj mission Head and members. He stressed the National Guard’s keenness to encourage its personnel on performing Hajj to boost their religious sentiment and encourage them to perform their national duty of protecting the nation and citizens. He expressed thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for his continuous support and keenness to provide the needed facilities for the pilgrims from the National Guard and Bahraini citizens.
The National Guard Commander praised the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spearheaded by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in serving the pilgrims and ensuring they perform their Hajj rituals easily.
The National Guard Staff Director Major General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa voiced appreciation of the annual mission which reflects keenness to boost readiness and morale of the force’s personnel at all levels.
The mission Head Shaikh Rashid Mohammed Al Hajeri praised the directives of the National Guard Commander and follow-up of the staff Director, stressing that bolstering the religious sentiments of the National Guard personnel has become a pillar chracterizing them.
