Nepali Prime Minister Sushil Koirala on Monday expressed condolence for the loss of life and property due to the massive warehouse explosions in the Tianjin City on Aug 12.

Sending a message to Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang on Monday, the prime minister expressed his deep sadness following the news of the incident and also wished for the speedy recovery of those injured during the disaster.

According to a statement issued by the Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Monday, Prime Minister Koirala also expressed confidence that the Chinese government would take necessary steps to overcome the tragic situation.

According to officials at the Tianjin's publicity department, the death toll after the massive blasts last week in Tianjin rose to 114.
