Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Tariq Fazal Chaudhry Wednesday said it was regrettable that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) were promoting politics on dead bodies in the country.
Talking to a private news channel, he said opponents of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) government could not compete with it in political field because PML-N government had delivered to masses in last four and half years.
He said rejected elements were joining each other against PML-N for defaming its leadership but they would not succeed in this regard because Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was still the most popular political leader in the country.
Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said rejected parties had held political circus in Lahore and they had only one objective which was to come to power at any cost.
The minister said people had validated the former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s stance.
Tariq Chaudhry said former president Asif Ali Zardari should focus on his party’s government in Sindh and provide justice to the families of Baldia Town and May 12, incident victoms.
Model Town incident was under trail in the courts but Tahir ul Qadri and his followers wanted justice on roads by holding sit-ins and protest demonstration.
Replying to a question, he said the Punjab government was ready to give compensation to the victim families of Model town incident.
