The Emirate of Dubai will host the 5th Arab Robotics Conference on October 3-5.
The conference is a joint effort of the Emirates Science Club, the Cultural and Scientific Association and the Arab Robotics Association.
Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, the conference will run at the Cultural and Scientific Association premises with key participation of Arab and international delegations, including a selection of the finest experts and specialists in robotics and artificial intelligence.
Sultan Saqr Al Suwaidi, Chairman Culture and Science Symposium, said in a press briefing today that the conference is aimed at raising awareness about the science of robotics and artificial intelligence and their role in scientific and technological progress, translating the paramount importance attached by the UAE to R&D and human development.
The event also seeks to exchange Arab and international experience in areas of robotics and artificial intelligence, exploring the possibility of implementing joint projects and encouraging pan-Arab initiatives in this field.
