Tunisian premier Alhabib Alsaid on Wednesday met Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir and his accompanying delegation currently visiting Tunisia.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by attended by senior officials from the two sides.
In a press statement after the meeting, the premier said that the visit by the Saudi foreign minister to Tunisia comes within the framework of activating what has been agreed upon during the visit of the President of the Republic of Tunisia to the kingdom.
He explained that the meeting also discuss ways of expanding cooperation in political, economic, security and military fields, as well as cooperation in the fight against terrorism, confirming the presence of identical views between the two countries in this regard, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
