Syria, China discuss cooperation in construction and consultation

Public Works and Housing Minister Hussein Arnous discussed with a delegation from the Chinese TGS Company the prospects for cooperation between the two sides, especially in the areas of construction, consultation, and rapid construction, and securing the necessary machinery for that.
Minister Arnous reviewed the work of the Ministry and its affiliates, which is represented by the implementation of strategic projects, pointing out that the companies affiliated to the Ministry are specialized in construction work, roads, bridges, electrical and communications work, dams, irrigation channels, studies, and technical consultations, in addition to the housing sector.
For their part, members of the delegation said that their Company works in the areas of construction, consultation, and rapid construction, and can provide special machinery needed by construction companies, expressing their confidence that Syria will return as strong as it was before the crisis, which requires providing the necessary support by Syria’s friends to start the reconstruction stage
