Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today held a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin and discussed bilateral relations.
The two leaders discussed expanding the ceasefire to cover all Syrian territories and exchanged views the planned negotiations, which are scheduled to be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, as part of efforts to settle the Syrian crisis
