Eisa Abdullah Masoud Al Kalabani, UAE Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, has attended the opening of the Livestock Investment Forum, being held in the capital, Nouakchott.
The forum is organised in partnership between the Mauritanian government, the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development, the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Federation of the Chambers of Commerce of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The opening of the forum was attended by Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a number of ministers and ambassadors accredited to Mauritania, and other dignitaries.
The event aimed to promote investment in Mauritania by promoting knowledge about its potential in livestock and presenting available opportunities in the field, as well as establishing partnerships to undertake vital projects.
