The UAE and Costa Rica stressed the importance of developing the existing bilateral relations in the best interest of the two friendly countries and peoples.
This came during the press conference held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship in capital San Jose, in the presence of Manuel Gonzalez Sanz, Costa Rica's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, Costa Rica's Minister of Foreign Trade, Alexander Mora, and Mohammed Sharaf Al Hashemi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Economic and Commercial Affairs.
Costa Rican Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship welcomed the visit of the UAE official and his accompanying delegation. He said that the visit reflects the keenness of the two countries' leaderships to exchange visits and meetings and to continue working to boosting bilateral relations for the benefit of the two countries and peoples.
Costa Rican Foreign Trade Minister, Alexander Mora, praised the level of bilateral ties, while emphasising his country's pursuance to enhance ties in order to serve interests of the two sides. He also highlighted the UAE's prestigious stature regionally and globally.
Al Hashemi recognised the importance of developing bilateral ties and of building a long-term strategic investment partnership that fulfills the aspirations of the two countries.
