The UN Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) investigating the murder of former Lebanese Prime Minister Hariri on Wednesday published its indictment, the court said in a statement. The Pre-Trial Judge ordered the publication of the indictment, as Prosecution had presented sufficient evidence to proceed to trial, the court said. "The Prosecution will have to prove at trial that the accused are guilty beyond reasonable doubt," a spokesman of the court told Xinhua. Arrest warrants were issued on June against four individuals of Lebanese origin deemed responsible for the murder of Rafik Hariri in 2005. The attack also caused another 21 deaths and injured 231. The Lebanese authorities have not yet managed to arrest the four people.
