One foreign soldier was killed Wednesday in explosion in eastern Afghan region, the NATO-led ISAF forces confirmed in a statement."An International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) service member died following an improvised explosive device attack in eastern Afghanistan today," the ISAF said in the statement.The brief statement gave neither the nationality of the victim nor the details about the incident under the ISAF policy, only saying "it is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities."So far this year, a total of 22 foreign soldiers have been killed in the insurgency-hit country
