Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp felt yesterday's highly-anticipated Bundesliga clash at Bayer Leverkusen lived up to its billing - and was delighted to see his side come out on top. Although both teams look to realistically be battling for only second place behind runaway leaders Bayern Munich, the champions' 3-2 win at the BayArena did not disappoint. Klopp claimed the game had it all - including a bit of luck for his side. "I think when you make it out to be a top match, and then you see what happened, it certainly lived up to the expectations," he said. "It was really exciting. Both sides forced mistakes over the 90 minutes and there were so many twists. We've got to say that not many teams are going to come here and win." Dortmund relinquished a two-goal interval advantage before snatching victory late on to climb above their hosts into second place - still 12 points adrift of Bayern. "We got back at them following their equaliser and we even had the chance to make it 4-2, which shows strong morale," Klopp added. "We can definitely defend better than we did (yesterday) - I am sure of that. We are the lucky, but not undeserved winners." Leverkusen's joint coach Sascha Lewandowski admitted his side had lacked the maturity to go on and win the match after pegging Dortmund back. "We were a little wild after making it 2-2," he said. "We've got to take the positives, though, and we were on a par with Dortmund in many aspects." From FIFA
