Moroccan authorities seized on Wednesday 121 kg of Chira (cannabis resin) at the Bab Sebta crossing point during an operation that led to the arrest of a Spanish national, a source from the customs services said.
During a joint operation, the customs and police services seized 121 kg of Chira hidden in a car registered in Spain and driven by a Spanish national who was trying to smuggle the drug into the occupied city of Sebta, the source added.
The suspect was handed to the Tetouan judiciary police to complete the investigation before being brought to justice.
