Qena supply police seized large quantities of subsidized flour and other supply goods before being sold on the black market.
About 18 tons of subsidized flour, earmarked for holders of rations cards, were confiscated in a warehouse in Dishna township in Qena.
Also, 250 kilograms of biscuits and 200 kilograms of pasta were also seized in two shops in Nag Hammadi township in the governorate.
Some 14 supply cases were also registered during a security campaign.
All legal procedures were taken and the prosecution was notified to launch a probe.
