The Permanent Committee on Lands Allocation in Sharjah has granted 362 residential plots to the citizens of the emirate of Sharjah. The committee apologised for rejecting 16 applications due to non-fulfilment of conditions to meet the allocation requirements.
This came during the meeting held at the headquarters of the Sharjah Planning and Survey Department.
The Chairman of the Committee, Waleed bin Falah Al Mansouri, said that the committee decided to grant 362 plots to the citizens in different regions in the emirate of Sharjah including Sharjah City, Central Region, Eastern Region, Kalba, Khorfakkan, Dibba Al Hisn and Al Hamriya City.
He explained that the committee discussed the best ways to meet the needs of the citizens in line with the directives of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the instructions of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of the Sharjah Executive Council, to provide citizens with fast and simplified procedures.
