The Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi met here on Thursday with a Syrian opposition delegation headed by the resigned President of National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces, Moaz Al-Khatib. The meeting focused on the developments in Syria and the efforts of solving the crisis in the light of the US-Russian proposal for holding an international conference on Syria. Heytham Al-Malih, member of the Coalition, said that the meeting discussed the arrangements for Geneva 2 conference, adding that the coalition has a clear position regarding the Geneva conference, and that is to accept “only” the solution that secures the interests of the Syrian People.
