Representatives Council Speaker Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani hailed the outstanding role of the GCC and Arab parliamentary Secretariats General, pointing out the need to increase field visits to enrich experiences in parliamentary and legislative work. He was speaking as he received today a delegation from the GCC Shura and Representatives Councils' Coordination and Follow-up Committee, on the sidelines of a two-day meeting hosted by Bahrain on November 27 and 28. He underlined the importance of enhancing parliamentary coordination among the GCC National Assemblies to unify stances regarding international events.
