AL takes part in Sahel & Sahara defense ministers meeting

Cairo - Arab Today
The Arab League (AL) is taking part in meetings of the defense ministers of the Sahel and Sahara Grouping that will kick off in Cote d'Ivoire on Thursday.
Adviser to the AL chief Mahmoud Khalifa will represent the Arab body at the two-day meetings.
In statements before leaving here to Cote d'Ivoire, Khalifa said that the conference will take up several issues including means of fighting terrorism.
