President of the republic, Michel Aoun, on Friday underlined that the Lebanese army was now ready for the battle against Daesh in the outskirts of Ras Baalback and al-Qaa.


"Today, we are blessed with stability and security; our army is ready for the battle against the terrorists; and we will win," the President told a Tunisian parliamentary delegation, who visited him at Baabda palace.


Aoun later met with Minister of Education and Higher Learning, Marwan Hmade, with whom he discussed an array of educational affairs
