"There are no exceptional cash withdrawals currently taking place," the president said while chairing a financial meeting at Baabda Presidential Place in presence of Finance Minister, Ali Hassan Khalil, Head of the Finance and Budget Parliamentary Committee, Ibrahim Kanaan, Lebanese Central Bank Governor, Riad Salameh, and head of the Association of Banks in Lebanon, Joseph Torbey
