The Bahrain Property Development Association (BaPDA) delegation held its second meeting. Chairing the session, Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) President Shaikh Salman bin Abdulla bin Hamad Al-Khalifa stressed the crucial role of the association in developing real estates, being a vital non-oil sector that contributes to national economic development.
He stressed the directives of the wise leadership to develop the non-oil sectors, in lines with objectives stipulated in the 2030 Economic Vision.He underscored the crucial importance of enhancing real estate market services so as to guarantee customers and investors’ interests and develop projects to contribute to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
BaPDA board members stressed the necessity of streamlining administrative procedures to encourage real estate investments and overcome difficulties and obstacles facing developers. BaPDA Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa gave a presentation updating the board of directors on latest developments and the draft organizational structure.
