Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Undersecretary for Agrarian and Marine Resources, Shaikh Khalifa bin Isa Al Khalifa, received in his office Saudi tycoon cum chairman of the Saudi-Incorporated First International Pharmaceuticals Company, Mohammed Qaed Mohammed Saeed.During the meeting, Shaikh Khalifa bin Isa Al Khalifa praised deep-rooted solid bilateral brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and lauding cohesion between both brotherly peoples. These relations contributed in boosting areas of cooperation in all walks of life thanks to the wise leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his brother the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in boosting amicable, brotherly bonds between the two brotherly peoples at various levels especially in areas of municipal, cooperation, agriculture and animal farming.Shaikh Khalifa bin Isa Al Khalifa accentuated the importance of food security and supporting investors in animal resources and livestock in the Kingdom in line with the keenness on the part of HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa regarding working on accomplishing food security in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Livestock and mutton are considered the backbone of the Kingdom's food security.Also during the meeting, the two sides reviewed projects major projects implemented by the company in investing in animal wealth and its desire to make the Kingdom of Bahrain one of the countries which carries out this activity.It is worth mentioning that First International Pharmaceuticals Co. is an investor in livestock imports/exports from Africa mainly from the Sudan, Djibouti, Uganda and Kenya to the GCC and other Arab countries
